The main characters from MTV’s new show ‘Faking It’ – Karma, played by Katie Stevens (left) and Amy, played by Rita Volk – are crowned their school’s Homecoming queens in this scene. The two girls were falsely ‘outed’ as a lesbian couple but keep up the act because of the sudden surge in popularity they receive. The show is based in part on experiences Carter Covington (pictured below from the 1991 Black & Gold and now) experienced while at Reynolds. PHOTO PROVIDED BY MTV PRESS
