First semester senior year can be an overwhelming time. Below are some important reminders and updates for seniors.

Between Oct. 19- Oct. 30 are the dates to submit applications for free to over 40 colleges and universities in North Carolina. A complete list of schools accepting the fee waiver can be found at https://www.cfnc.org/apply-to-college/nc-countdown-to-college/

Students who are applying to schools in North Carolina need to complete their residency determination in order to receive in-state tuition. This form can be found at https://www.cfnc.org/apply-to-college/nc-countdown-to-college/

Seniors who plan to apply for financial aid need to fill out the Free Applications for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) Form. This form and information about how to complete it can be found at https://studentaid.gov/h/apply-for-aid/fafsa
